NATAVIA LOWERY LOOKS A BABY DADDY(Pastor Jamez Scicere)

Opening arguments for the Natavia Lowery trial were on Monday and her lawyers surprised everyone by admitting that Lowery regularly stole money from Linda Stein, the real estate agent she's accused of killing. Yet another confession!! Earlier it seemed that the defense was going to claim that Stein had given the money to Lowery as gifts and rewards, but prosecutor Illuzzi-Orbon said that would open the door for the prosecution to introduce evidence of Lowery's past arrests for identity theft and fraud.Rather than try to portray herself as completely innocent and be shown to be a liar, Lowery apparently hopes that by coming clean about the theft she gains some credibility when she claims that she didn't kill Stein and her confession was made-up to satisfy police and stop their interrogation. Because of this admission it seems a lock that Lowery will be found guilty of the larceny charges; perhaps she expects if she throws the jury this bone they will be more inclined to see reasonable doubt on the murder charge. This means Lowery is prepared to do the time for the grand larceny charges against her, 20 counts of D and E Felonies carrying sentences of 2-7 and 1-4 years respectively. Plus she's sure to be convicted on another E Felony charge of Aggravated Harassment for her urine-tossing stunt at Riker's Island.Unfortunately the prosecution is intent on selling their story about a confrontation over the thefts that led to the murder, whereas it seems more likely that it happened as Lowery described it in her confession - a sudden attack of rage in response to abusive conduct by Stein. Why is the prosecution questioning the validity of a perfectly lucid confession, which is their key piece of evidence?BLOOD AND MARIJUANAIt only exacerbates the inconsistencies that create reasonable doubt in juries, such as the lack of marijuana in Stein's body, when Lowery had claimed Stein blew pot smoke in her face before she bashed her. And according to the surveillance cameras Lowery was only in Stein's apartment 80 minutes at most. Would that be enough time to clean up all traces of DNA from the crime scene, and clean herself up enough so no blood could be seen on her clothing?Still Lowery appears backed into a corner, she lied to everyone about almost every detail of that day. It's not inconceivable that the fatal confrontation was a mixture of the two stories - Stein questioned Lowery about the money and insulted her when Lowery tried to cover it up. To try to paint Lowery as not calculating or savvy enough to do the deed is just weak, especially when Lowery continues to display diva-ish behavior like showing up for court in 6-inch heels. Her thieving wasn't impulsive either; she ran complicated schemes that she's honed through many years of conning her various friends and employers. Lowery's defense is basically that she's been allowed to get away with this sort of thing for so long that she's been entrapped into doing it again! Does Lowery's confession to theft mean she will take the stand and try to convince the jury that after all the lies she's told, this time, this one time, she's finally telling the truth? Will it make any difference? The surveillance tape is confusing; true, it looks as though there is no blood stains on Lowery's clothes, but it's not clear so far how much blood splatter there actually was. Stein was found in a pool of blood but the bleeding could have been going on all day, she wasn't discovered until after 10 pm. And though the picture is pretty sharp for a surveillance tape (and in color!) one can't say from looking at it that there's definitely no sign of blood, maybe it was a fine spray, or just never reached Lowery's pants, why would blood from a head wound splatter on someone below the waist? The real mystery of the tape is why would Lowery return to the scene of the crime, twice, and why does she appear so calm and normal? She seems to be gabbing and even flirting with the doormen, what's going on there? According to the papers she even went back upstairs and left some items outside Stein's door! Now that's really remarkable for a first-time killer, and to me the best evidence in Lowery's defense. The prosecution might blow it if they keep trying to portray Lowery as a cold-blooded criminal mastermind. Instead their case should be that it's Lowery's hot blood, her uncontrollable rage that led to the murder. Lowery admits as much herself in her confession, she even talks about similar incidents in the past, and don't forget the urine tossing assault on the guard at Riker's. There you are folks, that's a pattern, and past behavior is going to mean a lot in a case like this. Well her husband, baby's daddy, boyfriend, boy toy Pastor Jamez Scicere can visit her in jail for the next 25 years. He can preach to her for 25 years in prison. Pastor Jamez Scicere said on camera. "I no nothing of this".

More disturbing details have emerged about a possible motive behind the alleged killing of former Ramones manager Linda Stein by her assistant Natavia Lowery.
Lowery is pleading not guilty to the crime, despite the fact that she reportedly confessed to police soon after Stein was found dead.
Now, sources are saying that Lowery was also tealing from Stein for months before the murder, taking out tens of thousands of dollars using her boss's ATM card; she may have sent the cash to her boyfriend in Jamaica NY, who also happens to be the father of Lowery's unborn child. The Jamaica Queens, Pastor Jamez Scicere was questions by police by a telephone call but police can't seem to find anything tagging to the Queens minister. Investigators later found different bank accounts in Lowery name but no money. The Queens Pastor refuses to talk to investigators with out his lawyers.
